Their tech Robert came out for routine maintenance and caught a bad part before it turned into a bigger problem — exactly the kind of proactive, thorough service you hope for but rarely find. What really blew me away was what happened next. When a new issue popped up shortly after, Robert came right back out without hesitation — and didn’t charge me a dime for the second trip. I only paid for the replacement parts needed to fix the problem. That kind of integrity is practically unheard of these days. From start to finish, Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure my system was running perfectly. We had a great experience with Tudi and their team today. Mitchell and Adam came to our business to repair the hot water tank for one of our bathrooms. They could have shut off the water for the entire time, leaving us without access to the bathroom for hours. Instead, they did the right thing and installed a shut‑off valve by the hot water tank, allowing them to work on one bathroom while we maintained full use of the other. Both technicians were kind, courteous, and extremely conscientious. They kept us informed throughout the process, completed the work efficiently, and demonstrated real professionalism. Nice job!

I cannot say enough great things about our recent experience with Tudi!! After working with another company that was the exact opposite, we finally gave up and called Tudi to repair our old boiler. I'm so glad that we did! Despite it being a very busy season for heat repairs, they had a technician to our house within a few hours, and it was fixed that same day! They came in the time window we were given, called when they were on the way, and their technician was kind, professional, and fixed our somewhat complex system in a few hours. The price was much lower than we had been charged by the other company, and we were so thankfully for their skill and professionalism. We will be customers for life!
We purchased our new Lennox high efficiency heat pump from Costco and worked with Tudi throughout the entire process. From start to finish we received excellent customer service. We initially worked with August who gave us the quotes for several systems and made the process of signing contract and arranging installation simple. Chris and John did our installation. What knowledgeable, kind, efficient workers! They left the job site spotless and Chris made sure we understood the system and how the Smart Thermostat worked.
