Hotel is great. Booked based on convenience to multiple events. Rooms are clean and well laid out. Patrick at the front desk provided the most exceptional customer service. A good hotel visit often depends on how you’re greeted and treated by the front desk. Breakfast was fully stocked, all items fresh, and restocked often. My fave is the bold coffee in the morning was excellent. Highly recommend.
Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Market Center was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day in Dallas. Everything felt well laid out and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. One standout feature deserves special mention: the shower. The water pressure was outstanding—honestly worth the admission price all by itself. It’s the kind of shower that leaves you refreshed and wondering why every hotel can’t get this right. Breakfast was another strong point. The selection was varied and plentiful, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. It was well stocked, fresh, and made for an easy, satisfying start to the day. My only suggestion would be to clean up the creek running behind the hotel. Just a little TLC and the view could really be more inviting than the old tire and brush presently populating the creek. Overall, this Hampton Inn & Suites delivers exactly what you hope for—and then some. Comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a consistently solid experience make it a reliable and enjoyable place to stay in Dallas. Highly recommended.

The place is clean and comfortable, and the room was quite spacious. The front desk and security workers were all friendly and helpful. I felt safe here; you can't get into the building without a key and the room doors have three locks. It's right next to Pegasus Park, which was nice to check out and also visible from my room. Rooms on the other side of the building may have a lot of traffic noise, but complimentary earplugs are provided. I would stay here again.
Stayed here for a quick overnight and had a great experience. The location near Love Field is incredibly convenient. The hotel was quiet, the staff was welcoming, and the hot breakfast was a nice bonus. Loved that they had a good selection of tea and even Splenda—small details that make a difference. Solid choice if you’re flying in or out of Dallas Love Field.
Stayed here after an ice storm, when we arrived there was no space to unload under the portico, and they had not cleared ice from the walkways. We had to park and walk up an icy slope with bags, we expected to see people checking in who would move soon so that we could drive through, nobody was checking in. I asked the clerk if we could expect the vehicles to move or if we needed to risk backing down the icy slope to get to to the parking lot, he stated that the vehicles belonged to guests who had taken stuff to their rooms, he had no way of knowing when they would move their cars. Turns out that was a lie... The vehicles were still there the following morning, cleaning staff was getting stuff out of one. The staff thinks that their parking convenience is more important than guest safety.
