Jimmy was excellent, professional and quick. Took photos to explain the whole situation and answered all my questions. Most importantly, he didn't try to upsell me anything, just did the exact job I was asking for. The last HVAC company I used tried to strongarm me into a $20k new system in summer of 2025 (my system is still working as of Aug 2026), but Denver's Best seems like the opposite kind of company. I will definitely reach out to Denver's Best the next time I have HVAC concerns.
Great, fast customer service. Our A/C unit wasn’t working on the first hot day of the summer. Denver’s Best sent out a technician the same day. Jimmie, our technician, was super friendly, and early! He quickly figured out that the fix we tried earlier on our own actually worked, and it was user error on our part that was the issue when he showed up. He pushed a lever and the A/C unit worked immediately. He was nice enough to remove the service fee, since we didn’t end up actually needing a fix, and the total visit was maybe 5 minutes. I appreciate Jimmie’s communication, friendliness, and the way he handled our situation. I would recommend Denver’s Best Heating & AC Repair, and especially Jimmie. We will definitely reach out to them for anything we need in the future.

Denver‘s Best plumbing and heating has the best customer service and are reasonably priced. I had three estimates and they were the lowest. The service tech came within an hour and replaced the furnace. We even asked if they could check our AC unit and gave us an estimated price on a new unit, got that replaced the same day as the furnace. They are definitely my go to for new service and maintenance repairs. Give them a call if you have issues with your heating and AC unit.
AC went out in July and they had a professional at our home within 24 hours. The unit was fine and the serviceman was reliable and trustworthy and showed us an easy fix on the thermostat. I simply appreciated their honesty and integrity.
