I've used Oasis multiple times and each time their service has been excellent. I've used them to replace an A/C and electric furnace in my condo, replacing the gas furnace in my house, and most recently replacing the A/C in my house. I've also used them for regular system checks and diagnostics. What really sets Oasis apart is the personal accountability from the top down. The owner, Mike, has personally stopped by to make sure everything was handled right, and he genuinely goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The best example was when my A/C went out right at the start of a Chicago heat wave. Instead of putting me on a long waiting list like other companies would, Mike helped expedite a fast replacement to get the house cool again right away. Between handling the condo, the house, and dealing with unexpected breakdowns, they have never let me down. They even seamlessly followed all the strict rules and scheduling requirements set by my condo association. Their prices are very reasonable, they are always punctual, they don’t try to upsell you on things you don't need, and they leave the place clean. Finding an HVAC contractor in the city you can actually trust is tough, but Oasis has absolutely earned my repeat business.

Oasis was really professional and friendly. They came by for maintenance on our AC units and immediately realized we were low on coolant. They topped us up and didn’t charge for the full amount they used. And their member program is a great deal. You get a discount on maintenance by signing up for reminders, no annual or monthly fee. You get a benefit for something you should probably have anyway, reminders for annual servicing. Will definitely use again!
