Pipes to the steam shower needed to be replaced. Luka from First Chicago Plumbing did a great job. Professional. Arrived early and they called before hand to confirm early arrival. We will use this company again.
Late review but good work in Aug 2024 and I was very satisfied. FCP replaced the main cast iron drain stack from the foundation to the roof in our home and corrected some plumbing in the main floor bath. This was a big job. Eugene and team were very easy to work with and quoted a reasonable price. The work seems/ed to be good quality. There was one hiccup at the end but we worked it out to my great relief and satisfaction based on the bid and work completed. They also easily linked me to the camera video on the inspection of main line during the job. The work was quoted, scheduled, completed timely. One thinking I really appreciated was the brief follow up after the job. While I don’t want more plumbing problems in this old house, I will be sure to call FCP when they occur. I have been a customer of First Chicago Plumbing for over two years now. I have an old home with a lot of plumbing issues. Eugene and his team are very honest, fairly priced, and stand by their work. I recently had an emergency and Luka came out, same day to solve my issue. I was in a panic and he calmed me down and was very professional. He identified the problem quickly and fixed it. I really appreciate this companies work. I strongly recommend First Chicago Plumbing to everyone.

We went through the wringer getting this problem solved with other companies and they were all solutions that were going to cost 10x what First Chicago quoted us.
