Luka was prompt, professional and efficient. Much better than the first company we tried. Fixed our slow draining sinks and was familiar with servicing a Navient sensor ice melt system. George was also great to work with.
Had them install new washer drier supply and drain. Did an excellent job. When our neighbor raised a false leak alarm post installation, they came out and inspected and take everyone through the actuals that assuaged the problem. Both the owner and the folks who work there are knowledgeable, direct, no fluff. If you value quality work and direct communication, hire them!
It was a pleasure to have Luka in my home to fix my toilet and install a new p-trap in the kitchen. He was respectful, pleasant and thorough. I initially contacted them with a list of things that I wanted to attend to. While they were gathering the quote together, I discovered that one of the items on the list had progressed to an active leak! Thankfully, they were able to elevate the ticket and schedule Don and Kevin to come out the next day (a Saturday) and they took care of everything on the list including unforeseen issues that often arise in older construction. I was very happy with the communication, care and attention to detail and professionalism.
