These guys are amazing. I had been going to another mechanic who sold his shop, so I decided to look at my other options. I knew I needed a brake job and an oil change, but with a 200k mile Volvo, it could use more. I stopped by and spoke with David and his son. David gave me a realtime quote that was beyond fair. I had let David know that the car has quirks and other issues, but I was unwilling to fix them unless critical. I scheduled the appt, dropped my car off the day before, and got a call 10:30am the morning of my appt saying that the car was done and ready to be picked up. It came in $20 less than what was estimated. At no point did David and his team go fishing for problems (which certainly exist on a 200k mile Volvo). Super fair, honest, great price, and very nice folks. David, his son, and Jenny are incredible people and I highly recommend them.
The mechanic you can trust. Top service at very reasonable price! We moved from east coast to Seattle and our car need a significant maintenance/fixation after the long drive. I looked for many places and finally found out this one. David is very professional and super helpful! While others recommend to replace certain parts at thousands of dollars, David did a easy fix with a few hundreds and it lasts for two years now. We stick with this place for my auto maintenance since then. Highly recommend!

I originally found My Mechanic when the money was tight and we needed a rebuilt transmission for our family Suburban. Dave was completely transparent about my options and the risks. Work was done right and lasted. 12 years later and still impressed. You can see the loyalty of his long-term customers and immediately know they are taken care of.
Really nice people who were very clear about what they could do, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. I also asked for advice on what was needed to get my car across the country, and they were very helpful. I had a very pleasant experience!
I called for service but he gave me an honest straight forward response which I totally appreciate especially with so many money swiping businesses in this day and age. Thanks again to the honest mechanic who I failed to get his name.
