I had a great experience with my extraction at Same Day Dental (Southport location) with Dr. Kathleen Beache, D.D.S. She made me feel comfortable and safe the entire time, and the procedure was quick and smooth. Even though the office was short-staffed and very busy, she still took great care of me and made sure I was okay. I truly appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and dedication. I highly recommend her and this office! -Makayla J
I personally would not recommend this place for families Definitely not very pediatric friendly, I had my daughter with me for my appointment and realized pretty quickly from the Receptionist when we were waiting, and I asked her if she could change the channel on the TV to something for my daughter. He was the only one in the office, but she quickly told me she Doesn’t do that. Once back in the room after I met the most amazing assistant Jacqueline, also a mother or maybe that is where her patience came in with my four-year-old she was phenomenal and did not shame or make me feel guilty for my daughter being overly excited… unfortunately, while we are waiting about 15 to 20 minutes in the room, a nurse came in and looked at us and slid the door shut indicating we are making too much noise because me and my daughter were playing while waiting for the dentist. Unfortunately, this dentist office just wasn’t the one for us & we decided to cut ours short.. we went ahead and left .

My mother referred me to Same Day Dental and it was such an amazing experience! I was experiencing tooth pain on my left lower side and went in to see the dentist on 12/06. From the front desk to the Doctor everyone was caring and supportive. Thank you, DR. Beech, Amber, and JK for helping me get my smile back all in one day. They helped me understand the process and provided the most comfortable and caring experience. I wasn’t even nervous not one bit. GO TO SAME DAY DENTAL 10/10
Went in thinking I needed a tooth pulled based off what my family dentist stated a few days prior. Instead, I was given the honest truth. No your tooth isn't bad just has some staining, and it's doesn't need pulled. Instead the issue is my partial. Definitely switching all my dental care to Same Day Dental. I appreciate this company's honesty. Thank you... there's not too many dentist out there who are honest.
I had an old root canal that went south, and needed attention ASAP! I found the staff to be very kind, and attentive. Everything was well explained, before the procedure began. The dentist and assistant were professional, and reassuring from start to finish. Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to suggest Same Day Dental, when those dental emergencies arise.
