After some very rough experiences with other shops over the years and almost losing hope in mechanics, the Re-Born team has helped me gain a sense of trust and security upon my first time getting some work done with them. I appreciated the thorough notes, documentation, and photos/videos from their tech, Fahad, who fixed up my ‘05 Subaru Outback. More green flags for me are that their staff are kind and communicative, they employ women, they are AAA approved, have a 3 year warranty, and have a very cute shop dog.
It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust these days, but these guys are the real deal. Brought my 1994 Ford Ranger in for a major repair job and had a great experience from start to finish. John welcomed me with a smile first thing in the morning, communication was excellent throughout, and Hans took the time to walk me through everything when I picked up my vehicle. My awesome-running Ranger is back on the road and probably thinks it’s 1994 again. Honest, friendly, and professional — they’ve earned a customer for life!

This place is the good-good. They are kind, organized, & fair. I went in for a safety inspection and they were just so communicative about my car. They gave me the deets on the recommended services, with pricing, and let me know that it was on my terms and time. NO PRESSURE. That is what I look for in a mechanic. AND! I got to have a wonderful, super interesting, conversation about cool stuff. WIN-WIN! Thank you, Re-Born. My buddy was right, you guys rock. Bless! Update! I ended up using reborn to have my front brakes done. It was an incredible experience. At the dealership, that I stupidly chose out of convenience (And maybe they mislead me🧐), I had a bad experience. It gave me an opportunity to remember what’s important, supporting local small businesses. When I called reborn, I was trying to hold it all together because of my experience that I had just had, and they fit me in within the week because I was on a time constraint. They helped me stay calm, and they were extremely courteous. And! The brakes were done relatively quickly, so it was extremely painless. Also, the prices are honestly the best I’ve seen. They are compassionate, and worth the money for that alone. It pays to be nice to people, and realistic.. Thank you, reborn automotive for seriously saving my butt. Very highly recommend!!!--- DETAILED Safety Inspection report provided FIRST, with ALL possible options listed SEPARATELY. Each option presented with cost for EACH PART and the separate labor cost provided within hours of when I dropped my car off for my appointment. They were clear, kind, and saved me literally thousands of dollars!! - I was told by a dealer it would cost SEVEN (7) THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix and (of course) "just trade it in". Re-Born fixed my screaming engine, all my tires, and I even opted to fix a few other items like the wiper blades ALL FOR LESS THAN THREE (3) THOUSAND. I thought my car was dead, but it is actually great and worth keeping a couple more years at least! I am very happy!!
I originally called about getting a coolant flush and they were able to easily tack on a comprehensive safety inspection. When I told the manager John that I was on foot, he expedited the service and I was in and out of there in just under 3 hours. They provided me with a detailed itemized receipt and an in-depth inspection report complete with photos. I’ve dealt with a plethora of mechanics while living in a converted ‘82 van and I can say with complete confidence that Re-born is top-notch. I felt that they charged a fair price and were truly focused on building trust and loyalty. It was great experience from start to finish and I can’t recommend them enough!
