Ben’s Heating & Cooling deserves every single one of these five stars! The owner, Ben, runs an incredible business focused on honesty and fair, transparent pricing. After my initial call, they scheduled us for a next-day install to completely replace our old system with a brand-new HVAC heat pump, fresh refrigerant lines, a new safety pan, and thermostat; full system upgrade. The crew had to do this extensive installation inside a tight attic with blow in insulation during the peak of summer, but their attitude never wavered. Ben displayed phenomenal leadership with his team. He kept the crew motivated, highly organized, and running like a well-oiled machine in tough conditions. They worked quickly and efficiently, maintaining total professionalism and respect for our home from start to finish. If you want an honest, reliable HVAC company that delivers top-tier work at a fair price, I cannot recommend Ben's Heating & Cooling enough! Ben was referred to me by the fella who is the HVAC supervisor at my job at Wright-Patterson AFB. Ben's team sent a diagnostic technician who was able to determine why my system was struggling and also repair the issues same day. I'm very happy with the service I received & pricing was reasonable. I added on the maintenance plan since I intend to refer to Ben as "my HVAC guy" for the foreseeable future. 👍
I called Ben's Heating and Air Conditioning when my AC went out in the middle of the June 2026 +95° heatwave. I called about 10:00am and they had a technician at my house by 1:00 and fixed my AC in less than an hour. It didn't cost nearly as much as I thought it would. I highly recommend them!
