Very friendly and knowledgable. When the work starts it's very diificult to get a response. Leaving voice messages and email isn't effective. They repsond when they want to. Commited dates to have work completed are missed and not communicated.
Shadi was most helpful and professional throughout the whole time of my case. He stayed on top of everything and fought hard for me. I'm truly grateful in the experience I had with this firm and my attorney I highly recommend him.
