What a wonderful experience from beginning to end!!! I called Greg needing help to get a roof done in a tight time frame and within 30 minutes he had his son Brendan on site to assess the roof before the expected snow storm arrived. This company reflects the quality of the human beings of New Roof Plus, starting from top down with Greg, Stephan, Dawn, Brendan, and the efficient hardworking team that came early and completed removal of a swamp cooler, antenna, a couple of dishes, replacement of roof pipes, and the entire roofing job in one day(and that included all the cleanup and removal!). Their sincere desire to give you the best experience possible at a very competitive cost, is apparent in how they serve others with care, integrity, transparency, responsiveness to questions and concerns, and going above and beyond to ensure the quality of the job has met the customer's satisfaction. The entire experience was beyond my expectations. Please give them call because I promise you'll be thankful you did!
Very highly recommend. Greg and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. This was my first time having to do a roof replacement, and I’ll bet they might have had to do some extra handholding with me. I never would’ve known it. They were awesome. Did great work and cleaned up promptly. The whole thing was done in two days. Couldn’t believe it. I don’t make a ton of reviews, but I feel good making this one – you won’t be disappointed!

Greg Jones is great to work with, he is very king and transparent when deciding what is needed for our roof service. New Roof Plus was prompt when needing to schedule roofing replacement and understanding of our needs as homeowners, we were very satisfied with the services New Roof Plus offers and will consider this company for further services and refer them to our friends and family for any roofing services they need.
Highly suggest using New Roof Plus for any fixes in the future!! Great experience with Greg, Dawn, and Stefan from start to finish. I really appreciated Greg’s thorough explanation of the state of our roof, and what needed to be replaced vs. what didn’t. We really valued the honesty to make sure we weren’t getting anything done unnecessarily, and to educate us for the future. Scheduling and payment were easy peasy too!!
The roof on my house in Perry Park is very steep, difficult and dangerous to access but the good folks at New Roof Plus arose to the occasion and after removing the existing asphalt shingles they installed a beautiful standing seam metal roof to a high standard at a fair price. Everyone at the company is very polite, competent, professional and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them! Also a shout out to 5280 Metal for the excellent job of supplying and cutting the metal panels on site. Their advice on going with the 1.75 inch rib I think really made the final product stand out.
