I took my 2017 BMW 330e here. I had trouble with my A/C unit blowing up on me. Merkle got it in the shop in 4 days, and started diagnostics and working within the week. The turn around time was that of the flash and was able to have my car back within a week or so. The A/C is now blowing arctic air into the cabin and the light for my broken A/C is now gone from the ECU. One thing I was worried about that's honestly not a big deal is the cleanliness of my car when I get it back. I have had other shops never put a cover over the floors and get dirt and oil in my interior. Thankfully I had no such issues here and the interior was almost exactly as clean as it was when I dropped it off which was refreshing. Highly recommend Autohaus Merkle and thankful my car is no longer a sauna.
Love this shop! 100% professional and ethical. I would not trust my Audi SQ5 to any other. I learned this through having another shop check it out for a small oil leak. Granted this other shop said they worked on all cars foreign and domestic plus did some work for us in the past, but this one diagnosis didn’t seem right. They quoted over $6000 for a rear gasket replacement. We decided to get a second opinion and the professionals at Autohaus Merkle did a very thorough review and determined it was a cracked filter housing not the rear gasket saving me a ton but also an accurate diagnosis. They also picked up on another issue on the engines that the other shop had no idea to even look at. Because of their experience and knowing these engines they were bang on. A cooling system issue that fails around the mileage we were at, this preventive repair still costly but I felt that we invested in the future of this car. It has been perfect ever since! I highly recommend if you need a second opinion reach out to the pros at Autohaus Merkle!

Will always use them, truly they are the best- I’ve been going to them for 20+ years and they’re always efficient, honest and reliable. Very trustworthy! Scott, the owner, is great, and I’ve never ever had to question their work. His employees are professional, kind and great guys! Reliable, reputable and take good care of your car.
Top notch shop. They know what to look for. They'll let you know what issues are appearing and when you need to be concerned. They don't try the hard upsell stuff to try and pad the bill. I heard the service writers calling someone they were doing some work for. The car owner had declined some earlier diagnostic work to find a coolant leak. They were doing something else for the owner and found the coolant leak after the intake was taken off. Called them and let them know it would be cheaper to fix it while they were in there. Just a nice solid honest shop!
Had my timing belt done. The price was fair. They also sent pictures of other things they found my car needed through text which was cool.
