GM contracted Custom Electrical Services to install my EV charger on my house in Feb2024. The code changed for the outlets within that two year period, leaving me with one that was not rated for EV charging. We eventually experienced a short leading to the original outlet being melted and fried. It could have been a lot worse! Called GM who informed me that it was not their problem and I was out of luck. I wish I had called Custom Electrical Services sooner!! They came out and replaced the outlet with the updated one AND rewired the box. DID NOT CHARGE ME A THING!! Absolutely stellar work and extremely professional! I will be calling them for ALL of my electrical needs in the future. Shout-out specifically to Jay for everything! Thank y'all so much for keeping my family safe 💓

This is our second time using Custom Electrical Services, and they delivered another fantastic experience. Their work is top-notch, and the customer service is outstanding. Brandon was great to work with, he came out and installed a ceiling fan along with three additional outlets on our backyard patio, and everything turned out perfect. We will definitely continue to use them for our future electrical needs. Highly recommended!
Customer Electric responded immediately to provide electrician Zach G. to update my talephone cable to reqair my security system. Zach kept me informed of what needed to be done as well as what he was doing. The bill was what the estimate had been even though they had more than one trip. Zach and Travis even came back at the time requested by the security company to work with them. Zach and Travis were very patient, efficient, and professional with the security company staffs' challenges correcting the overall security problem. Zach and Travis completely replaced everything they had removed or repositioned to get to many difficult places and cleaned up all areas. A great team and good work.
