I was genuinely surprised by our experience, especially given that this is advertised as a four-star hotel. Upon arrival, our toilet was clogged and visibly dirty. The shower also had hair in it, which immediately raised concerns about the level of housekeeping prior to check-in. These are very basic cleanliness standards that should be consistently met. During our stay, we also had plumbing issues, including a sink that was stopped up and the initial toilet issue that needed attention. The heater repeatedly malfunctioned as well, swinging from too hot to too cold and not following the thermostat setting, which made it difficult to stay comfortable. To the hotel’s credit, staff responded quickly each time we called, and we appreciated that. The hotel also accommodated an early check-in and a late check-out, which we were thankful for. Complimentary water was provided as well, though only for one day of our stay. The location is excellent and very convenient. We did not need to rent a car, which made getting around easy and stress-free. I would consider staying here again for the location and pricing, provided these concerns are addressed and do not happen again. Overall, I would rate this stay 3 out of 5 stars.
I had an amazing stay and truly loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, the service is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday and stayed for the weekend, and the experience felt extra special! We were upgraded to the 29th floor, which was a wonderful surprise. Loved that view! A special thank you to Keyry, who took such great care of us and made our stay feel personal and memorable. We also had access to the executive lounge, which was absolutely perfect and added so much value to our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Location is safe and close to Synphony station. About 10 min walk to Pikes Fish Market and all the lovely restaurants, AC/heater could get loud as it shuts off and on automatically throughout the night. At one one I turned it off since it kept waking me up. Hotel was great value for the location. Cable tv not smart tv. Can communicate with staff via text message and they were very responsive with my requests. Hotel isn’t perfect but we liked the location and the bidet. The room size was great.
Location is great! Bathrooms are amazing and spacious. We enjoyed the walking distance it is from many attractions and public transportation. The only small detail we didn’t enjoy was our tv not being a smart tv so we couldn’t watch any streaming services but we only did this after a full day of going out so it didn’t ruin the experience at all of staying at the hotel. Staff were very sweet and helpful and gave me a birthday card too!!!! Loved it. Parking fee was a bit confusing and kinda expensive but no complaints. We had a great time here would return
The most prime location we could have found! I think we used an Uber a total of 4 times (2 of which were from the airport and back to the airport) because we walked everywhere! The staff is absolutely amazing, the rooms are so comfortable and the bathrooms are TOP TIER! The toilets had the Japanese style bidets with fetures like heated seats and a dryer. Now the view from your room is probably the BEST view of the city you can ask for!!! You can quite literally see Mt. Ranier from one side and the Cascade range on the other side on a clear day! The space needle looked beautiful from our window as well! We did have the upgraded room with executive lounge access (shoutout to the manager who upgraded us because it was my birthday) so we had a panoramic view from the highest floor!!! Without a doubt when I return to Seattle there is no other hotel I would want to stay in. I would stay here time and time again! I cannot reccommend this hotel enough. This stay was an integral part of our super freaking cool trip to Seattle!
