I like it there as they are very nice and respect the patient. Although you get a new doctor every time you are seen they are qualified; I have no problem with that. The center is close to my home and it is easy for me to get there.
It's an adequate enough clinic, however, I seldom get to see the same provider twice. My assigned provider only has appointments on Thursdays....? Follow up appointments can never be booked in the time frame or format discussed with the provider I have seen. Each provider has their own ideas on how to tweak my care or medications, it's both annoying and concerning.
Just got off the phone a few moments ago asking whether we should bring our son in or at home after an incident. Claimed they couldn’t help because it would have to be pediatrics. Asked her to transfer me to the right department or provide me the number and she refused. Claimed she couldn’t so I requested someone else for help and she decided to hang up instead. I’ve called banner before for assistance when my son was first born. All I wanted was someone to help me get the right department if I called the wrong one.

One of the BEST medical clinic in the WORLD. With the Best Doctors, Nurse, Nurse Assistant as well other people work below them will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I was a patience there for over four months. There overall staff was out of this world. But the reason I can not give them Five Stars I had a problem with two of there staff one doctor and male nurse. But Still the WORLD Best is BANNER!
The doctors I saw here were wonderful. My two star review is regarding the terrible customer service and administrative issues I have experienced with Banner outside of this clinic. Banner needs to remove Dr. Petersen from their website and insurance networks if she is indeed retired. It’s also extremely difficult to get assistance via phone from your billing and customer service teams.
