Its a nice area for kids to play in or just to sit and eat lunch while watching the fountains. The fountains seem to follow only two patterns (circling the rings and all at once). Still pleasant to watch. There is a monument to everyone who contibuted to and organized the Olympics. Kinda felt unnecessary. There was less about the athletes themselves and more about the people who paid to host this event. I thought that was a little weird.
Great place to visit with family and spend quality time.. Liked the fountain light show which occurs every evening at 6:30PM.
This security guard who trolls the area acts like he’s the president of the United States. I was waiting one minute for the water show and laid down for approximately 60 seconds to wait for the show and he stomps over saying I need to go to the grass. I said excuse me? I’m laying waiting for the show. He said “the only way to wait is laying?” I replied that my back hurts. He said it didn’t matter it’s a rule, and if I have a problem I can take it up with congress. He basically implied I’m homeless because I’m on a work trip and have a backpack 🤣 such a trash park. I was one of two people watching the show at this time and was merely existing, it seemed like discrimination. I’m not hurting anyone laying by myself for a second but this guy takes his job too seriously and should do something else or Congress should have bigger and better things to focus on. Also, if it’s a rule, maybe it should be on the sign. They allow people smoking cigarettes and they allow kids to play in diapers, I just don’t get it, and I bet they let kids lay down 😂

Very nice park besides the georgia aquarium and Coca-Cola office. If anyone goes to altanla, should visit this vibrant park. No free parking. Also, I have some homeless or outsider who want to talk and want to help to take pictures with your mobile, I didn't feel good with those kids. They actually target girls or women. Be conscious of them.
Lovely water fun in swim suits and swim trunks. Unfortunately the fountain is currently closed due to covid. We had some other entertainment for a little while. Had to. Parking was $20
