I went to the shop because I had an issue that had to be dealt with on the spot. They was extremely busy wasn’t able to help, but I said I only needed to hook up the scanner to help me. They went out of their way to make sure I was good Ollie and monarch are very awesome. I highly recommend them anytime to anybody I I know we’ll be going there now thanks so much Ali in Monarch you guys are awesome
Wow, where do I even start? I recently took my car to here for a routine check-up, and let me tell you, I was blown away by the level of service and expertise I received. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this was a different kind of mechanic shop. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure to explain everything they were doing in a clear and concise manner. The work that was done on my car was top-notch. Moe identified a few issues that I was completely unaware of, and they fixed them promptly and efficiently. The best part was that they were transparent and upfront about everything, so I never had to worry about any unexpected costs or surprises. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the shop. It was clear that they take pride in their work and strive to provide the best possible experience for their customers. Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received at the shop. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and professional mechanic. They are very professional. They have become like family to my family. They have great people skills. I have not had a complaint with anything that they have done for me. If they are not to busy and you bring your own parts and its not a really big job. They can get you in and out in about 2 hours or less. Cash only no credit cards. I highly recommend this place!
Told me they will be able to fix my car then told me they wouldn’t even fix it now I have to double pay Aaa to tow my car back to my house I would not recommend them to anybody what a waste of time and money
I took my wife's car in for a diagnostic on it and to check the brakes. Although I had made an appointment, they told me when I got there that they wouldn't be able to look at the car for another couple of hours. This threw a monkey-wrench in our day, of course. When they had finally performed the diagnostic, and my wife came in with an uber to pick it up, the car was blackened on the inside from oil and soot; there was seemingly no attempt made to keep the car clean; they suddenly told her that they didn't accept cards (only cash) and struggled to make change. I don't recommend this place.
