Update (5/8/2026): After several phone messages and emails, including a third and final email sent directly to Alan Messer, I have still received no reply, acknowledgment, or meaningful effort to address my concerns from either Mr. Messer or AirTron. At this point, the public responses left on reviews appear to be more about maintaining appearances than genuinely resolving customer concerns. If there had been real interest in addressing the situation, I would have expected at minimum a returned phone call or response to my emails. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend AirTron and would strongly encourage others to consider alternative HVAC companies. Update (4/20/2026): A voicemail and follow-up email were sent to Alan Messer, and a full business week was provided for a response; however, there has been no reply or acknowledgment to date. This lack of follow-up suggests that AirTron’s public responses may be more focused on appearance than on resolving customer concerns. At this point, I do not anticipate further communication or corrective action, which is disappointing given the nature of the issues raised. For those seeking an HVAC provider that prioritizes responsiveness and accountability, I would recommend considering other reputable local companies. Original review: I had significant issues with HVAC installation in my new build home that began with improper furnace exhaust setup. The exhaust was not connected correctly, which allowed moisture to drip onto the ceiling and led to mold growth. There were also multiple instances of ductwork being cut too long or not properly connected. Additionally, the dryer vent exhaust to the exterior had a large opening into the attic. The first repair attempt did not resolve the issue, requiring multiple follow-up visits before it was properly addressed. During installation, return ductwork was installed in a way that cracked structural studs. This was not communicated at the time and was simply covered up. Most concerning, I experienced two gas leaks at the furnace within less than a month. While the first appeared to be due to a faulty part, the subsequent repair was not completed correctly, resulting in a more serious gas leak. Given the repeated service calls to address the same issues and the overall quality of the installation work, I cannot recommend this company. If you value your time and want the job done correctly the first time, I would advise considering other options. To end on a positive note, the technicians who have come out have consistently been professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the quality of the workmanship has not met the same standard.
