We had an excellent experience with Magic Men Service! Mike and his team completely transformed our bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They repaired and poured a new concrete shower base, installed a new mixer valve and shower head, installed beautiful new shower doors, completed all of the tile and grout work, and painted the bathroom. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish. What really set Mike and his team apart was how responsive, hardworking, and accommodating they were throughout the entire project. They even picked up our tile order for us, which made the process so much easier. We can be pretty detail-oriented, and whenever we asked for a small tweak or adjustment, they made the changes without question or hesitation. They genuinely wanted us to love the finished product, and it showed. Mike and his crew were professional, kind, and incredibly easy to work with. They made us feel cared for throughout the entire renovation, and we always felt like our project was in great hands. It’s not often you find a contractor who combines excellent craftsmanship with such great customer service. If I could give 6 stars to Mike, I would. I had a complex tankless water heater install, replacing a traditional 50 gallon unit inside a tiny utility closed. My drywall meant it couldn't be mounted to the wall, the floor drain placement meant that it had to go between my washer/dryer and furnace. Mike really came through on this project, working a very long day through multiple pivots and challenges. I appreciated his dedication to getting the unit installed properly and ensuring the stability and longevity of my tankless investment. He taught me how to do the annual maintenance; adjusted my bath and shower valves after the install changed the hot water level (taught me how to to do this too!); fixed my utility closet door which was already half broken before he got here. Honestly, he's going to be my #1 call at the slightest hint of needing plumbing help going forward. Noah was really great too and worked really hard. The price of the project seemed extremely fair and good value based on my research of how much these things run and based on the sweat, labor, and care I observed yesterday. They were also super careful with my wood floors which I appreciate so much!! Thanks for everything Mike and Noah.

I’ve had Mike do a few things: clearing a clog, cleaning a grease trap, hot water tank installation. Service was fast and communication was clear. He’s a personable and great guy, fair and honest. It’s always great to find a person that you can trust, and I believe that what you’ll find here. A++++!
Mike and Leo came out to assess the main sewer line issue for a single family home in Chicago. He gave solid no BS options and showed the issue with a real time pipe camera. I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism!
Excellent Plumbers, Would Recommend TLDR; Great communication, prompt, excellent installation experience, friendly, knowledgeable, great price, very courteous of my home. I'll definitely use them again and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services in Chicago, regardless of the complexity/difficulty of the job. I needed my 20 year old 75 gallon water heater replaced and decided to go tankless. It was located in my basement where a tight metal spiral staircase was the only access, so getting the old tank out was going to be challenging. I received 4 quotes from highly rated plumbers; only 2 said they would be able to remove the old unit (the Home Depot contracted plumbers didn't even give me a quote after coming out to my house to take a look at everything). Mike from Magic Men said they would be able to remove the old tank and put a top of the line Navien unit in for a very reasonable price. Communication on scheduling the install was great, they were always very quick to respond. Installation went quickly as well. They were able to get the onld unit out of the way and the tankless installed within a day. The next day they came back and chopped up the old tank and had it picked up. They put up plastic sheets to minimize dust, cleaned the space well when they finihed, and didn't scratch any of my floors or walls. I was very impressed with their work overall and would definietly hire them again.
