I highly recommend Connected Electrical. We lost half our power and needed the line from masthead into the house replaced. Tyler was great at answering all my questions throughout the entire process. The electricians, Anthony and Tanner, were thorough and hardworking. They explained everything as they were working. They also did a great job cleaning everything up when done.
Greg did a fantastic job installing my Emporia Pro EVSE! Connected Electrical made the whole process smooth and worry free. They hendled pulling the permit, and even lined up the inspection from the city. Every interaction was extremely professional, and the work done was top notch. Connected Electrical was great from start to finish. When I was initially looking at quotes to complete some electrical work for the house and had a lot of questions, they were able to spend time making sure all my questions were answered and I fully understood all the different options. The work to upgrade our electric panel and install circuits in the garage was completed in one day and was high quality. The technicians that came out to the house to perform the work were very professional and respectful. Overall, the work and communications were great and I would highly recommend.
Jared, who I worked with to schedule the appointment, was great—very responsive and helpful. Logan, who completed the work, was professional, punctual, and did an excellent job. The bathroom fan is working perfectly. We haven’t opened the pool yet to test the heater, but the bonding wire has been properly reattached and everything appears to be in order. The work was completed the same day and came in as quoted. I would highly recommend them and have already referred them to a friend.
