I have had a great experience with Reliable Home Comfort. They are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to perform proper measurements and a load calculation, and clearly explained their recommendations—including identifying issues with my existing ductwork that others missed. The team was confident, solution-oriented, and made the entire process smooth. Highly recommend!
I had gotten several estimates for a new HVAC system. Out of all of them, Reliable Home Comfort was not the least expensive, but a liked the honesty and reliability the company exhibited. Edison Rossman came to my home and gave me several different choices for equipment. Everyone that I dealt with at the company was kind and respectful. Calls and messages were returned promptly, and I had a feeling that working with the company would be a positive experience. There were some issues with the installation at first, but Reliable Home Comfort did everything possible to remedy the situation, until the system was operating correctly. The technician, Thomas Corona, was excellent. He was patient and thorough, as well as being skilled in his position. He had to return several times, in order to diagnose and remedy some issues with the thermostat. The company will be returning next month to provide a recommended service on the equipment. This is included with my original contract. I highly recommend Reliable Home Comfort for your heating and cooling needs.

The team at RHC continues to provide excellent service and support for our HVAC systems. Nick Olkhovskii was the technician for our recent work consisting of routine service for our Mitsubishi system. Nick is professional and efficient. He clearly explains the process and system features. Nick has outstanding customer service skills. I would recommend the RHC team to any perspective customer.

I had another HVAC company install a system a while back and they cut corners and installed the system wrong, causing a leak. Very thankful for Edison and his team coming to my rescue, explaining the issue carefully, and having the solution. Really appreciate you guys!
We’re winding down our project with Reliable Home Comfort, and I'll update later with photos showing off the team's work and a full review but I wanted to take a moment to recognize Nick, who has been overseeing the day to day of a very complicated HVAC installation in our 100+ year old craftsman bungalow. From day one, Nick has been an excellent communicator. Clear, responsive, and genuinely invested in the work. What stood out most is his attention to detail and the pride he takes in doing things right. My wife and I come from extremely detail oriented professions, and anyone who has done any home renovations knows that sadly, that isn't always a given when it comes to this type of work. But man, the details really matter to Nick and he took his time to do the job right in a very tough environment (cramped attic and crawl spaces) and in hot weather. Before wrapping up work in our attic, he told me he “put his soul” into the project, and honestly, that level of care really shows. He treated our home like he would his own. Nick’s professionalism and dedication have been consistent and clear from day one. We’re very grateful to have had him leading this portion of the work. More to come, but again, just wanted to share as we finish up the last major leg of a major renovation project.
