I have been very pleased with my experience at NW Primary. The staff is courteous, it is easy to get an appointment when I have a new medical issue to discuss. I receive prompt responses to online messages. My primary care doctor is personable, professional and takes the time to explain things well. He listens to my concerns.
I was able to make an appt for the same day I called which was Saturday. Everyone single person I spoke to from scheduling, checking in, lab tech, medical assistant to Dr Rhodes was so processional, kind and listened to my concerns and took care of me in a timely manner. Thank you Dr Rhodes for providing me with the care I needed! You didn’t put me off. You didn’t have a “let's wait and see response”. You listened, examined me and provided treatment!! That’s why I love NW PRIMARY CARE.

Dr. Leslie Bryden is Fantastic! She is truly a PCP, as she helps organize & actively participates in my total health plan. I have complicated issues with Chronic Kidney Disease with a history of dialysis, and she is part of my treatment care team with Dr. Tricia Jesperson at NW Renal. I have truly enjoyed the helpful staff at the Milwaukie and Oregon City Clinics. There are many Fantastic Doctors, Specialists & Lab facilities available! I have lived in many states over the years and chose to remain in this area due to the Excellent health care available. With Sincerity & God Bless Kimmie Copple Reed
I have been coming to this clinic for several years and have never had one bad experience. From front desk to nurses, doctors and billing, I have always received quality care. Yesterday, I had a lab appointment with a gentleman I have not had a blood draw from before. He was very pleasant, professional and this was my first blood draw ever, with no bruising. I check every open enrollment time to make sure my insurance is accepted at this clinic. I will be devastated if it ever is not.
I have been seeing DrBryden for about 8 years. I have also seen other doctors there. I moved to California for 2years and was happily welcomed back by Dr Bryden and we just picked up where we left off. Everyone at the Milwaukie office is not only friendly but extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend my to anyone who wants an excellent patient doctor relationship.
