Did a complete roof replacement in the spring. John and his team were all excellent. Great communication and on site supervision from John, his team was extremely professional and courteous. Had to replace many plywood boards under the shingles and they brought it to my attention and made a recommendation which I agreed with. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future for additional projects. Thanks guys

George was incredible to work with from start to finish. He was timely, trustworthy, and made the entire roof repair process easy and stress free. I work with contractors all day in my professional life, so I have seen the full range from the great to the not so great, and George and his team are the real deal. After doing my homework and comparing several quotes, I found his pricing to be very fair and very competitive, especially compared to some of the less reputable firms I spoke with. He delivered exactly what he promised, and I had no issues throughout the process. I can finally sleep soundly knowing my roof is safe for the foreseeable future. We had Chicago Roofing Solutions out to replace our roof. At the first rain after the installation, a leak developed in the wall immediately under the new roof. When they came back out, they said it wasn’t their fault and I’d need to pay for a contractor to come out, open the wall and determine the leak. Two independent contractors identified it was because Chicago Roofing Solutions didn’t properly seal the new roof to the scupper box, resulting in thousands of dollars of damage. They refuse to reimburse for the damage, actually gaslighted me saying it was my fault for bringing in a contractor and stopped responding when trying to discuss the situation. They were fine until something went wrong and then it cost me thousands for their mistake.
