We had a great experience with Essential Heating and Air for our new AC installation. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Ryan, our sales rep, was especially thorough—he took the time to clearly explain our options and provided thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. The installation crew—Roman, Bryan, and Taras—were excellent. They were respectful of our home, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was clean before they left. It was clear they take pride in their work. What really stood out was their attention to detail and accountability. After reviewing photos from the installation, their team proactively returned the next day to address and correct a few items identified during their post-install assessment. That level of follow-through is rare and very much appreciated. Christine from the office was also responsive and helpful throughout the process. The electricians who assisted were great as well, even though I didn’t catch their names. Overall, the pricing was reasonable, and the service exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
I would recommend Essential Heating & Air to anyone . Our salesman Juan came out to give us an estimate . Juan is such a nice gentlemen ! He was friendly ,punctual , polite , and so helpful in showing me exactly what we needed for a new pump and furnace . He talked about how we should in save energy costs as well as be an investment to up the value of our home . He made himself available even after business hours when we had questions that we needed answered. The electrician as well as the technicians were so polite ( even asking if they should remove their shoes ) , always politely asked if they could use the bathroom , asked if it was safe to go inside since we have dogs . They were here all day working hard from 8-5 ( scheduled until 3 but stayed until they could finish the job ) . Excellent guys to have put in our system plus appreciated the excellent communication both by phone and email .

Absolutely horrible experience. I wonder if the owner is aware of how the crew(s) performed. High pressure salesman comes to your house, "act now, now, now"— this is common with the different bids and comes with the A/C process, annoying but fine. We agree on a date and nobody shows up. Some excuse about their van breaking down, and Karol said he'd send a $100 visa gift card for not showing up (still havent gotten it). The van breaking down was obviously a lie because their communications team is top notch and they let you know the day before when they’re show up and when they are enroute. I say this because the following 4 times, they were on top of it. Anyway, 2nd appointment attempt to install rolls around. They get here at the back end of their morning window and start setting up. Seems they’re paid by the hour because they sat around the shade in the back having really crass and loud conversations and not working. Then they start to hustle after lunch and work til 8:00pm for what was suppose to be a one day job, however, at the end nothing worked. They trampled my rosemary plant, tore up the landscaping, left exposed wires out, and of course, a loose razor left in my yard (see picture) so my kids can go step in it. Sloppy work, with no care for the exterior or interior aestethic. Penetrations into the attic were not sealed properly, which I had to bring up to the next crew. Speaking of-- the next crew was scheduled a week ahead to come, and they arrive very late in the afternoon (3pm-ish). They don't put anything down to protect the space from all the drywall sawing they did. We had a few rhino track cloths on the carpet up to the room, but I had drywall dust all over the area they installed the ductless minisplit. It looks like a cocaine party run amok when he finished. My window sill where he probably left his tools is dented all over like I parked at a Motel 6. It’s 9:00pm and they still don't finish installing the wifi module in the unit among other items (they installed the condensate line going straight into the dirt outside). Tried to schedule another attempt and they don't make their window. I tried again yesterday and they cancelled the morning of. I have to burn a limited number of "WFH" days so I can be at the house when they perform their work. I've burn 5 out of 10 for these guys. I hope the owner sees this. Don’t fall for their instagram media blitz. I feel gaslighted. They’ll trash your place and they won't finish the job, and leave a nice razor for your kids to step on. We started this whole thing with them before Easter, it’s May now. 7/24/26 - Update. They didn't call in all the inspections needed, so the saga continued to today. Now when the inspector came, he called out the water leak caused by the unit. See additional photo. These guys are not good installers. I feel like these reviews are paid bots used to boost their status.
The free estimate process was very smooth and reasonable. Everything was explained well and I took advantage of great deals they had. Installation was quick and the crew completed it in one day. They explained what was happening and worked well to solve potential installation issues in a 1940s house. They also helped with thermostat setup and made sure everything was working well before wrapping up. Very pleased with the new HVAC system. Follow-up calls and emails were answered promptly to answer questions.
I have to say, Essential Heating and Air lived up to their 4.9 rating! I am very pleased with my experience and I definitely recommend them. I had an estimate appt on Thursday for a bid on installing A/C. Their communication was great - I got an automatic notification when my guy was on his way, as well as texts from the estimator / manager personally with his estimated timeframe, and then again when he was getting close. Christian was really friendly - I really liked him. And this is coming from someone who absolutely cannot stand salespeople lol. Ultimately, he won me over with a decent bid, and that they would install it the very next day! After Christian tacked on a few discounts it actually came in lower than a bid I had gotten a couple years ago - and that was before insane tariffs, crazy fuel prices, AND new coolant regulations. The next morning the guys were not only on time, but they showed up early! (But since they were early, and it was 7:30 in the morning, they waited in the driveway until I was up and ready and let them in) Again, great communication letting me know they were on their way. All the guys who came out to work on the install were super nice and super helpful. When finishing up, they answered all of my questions and helped give me advice on covers, maintenance, and even how to save a ton of money and install a new thermostat myself if I want to upgrade mine. They made sure everything was working well and tested every vent and intake before leaving. The workmanship is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. And I can rest easy with everything covered under warranty for the next 10 years! If you need HVAC service, I don't think you can go wrong with these guys!
