We had an outstanding experience with O&L Contracting and highly recommend them to anyone considering a home renovation. Oscar and his team were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Oscar’s attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout our whole-house remodel. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the entire crew was skilled, professional, and incredibly polite. They treated our home with respect and always cleaned up at the end of each day, which made a big difference during such a large project. One of the things we appreciated most was how helpful Oscar was throughout the creative process. He listened to our ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and helped bring our vision to life. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result and are so grateful we chose O&L Contracting for our remodel.
Oscar and his team did an incredible job helping us transform our full kitchen remodel! He guided us throughout the process while helping us visualize what we wanted and brought it to life. He set a very realistic timeline and completed the job prior to the deadline, which was 3 weeks! They had an open line of communication and addressed any concerns with us, especially if anything unexpected came up. I just want to thank Oscar & his team for the work done on my property. They tackled my project when no other contractor would & I'm beyond grateful! Oscar explained everything in detail...crew worked really hard & got the job done without any issues. I'll definitely be recommending O & L to family and friends. Give them a call for a proposal/quote, pricing was fair and you won't be disappointed!
Oscar and his team did a phenomenal job on our complete kitchen, bath and bedroom remodel in December 2022. The quality of their work was incredible. Oscar is a true professional, kind, and truly cares that the project is done right. His team was careful to make sure every small detail was exactly how we wanted it. They were very skilled, dependable, showed up every day on schedule and he communicated constantly with us about the project. We would highly recommend him and will absolutely work with him again in the future.
Wow, wow, wow. Oscar helped my Comedy Club establish a new kitchen and utility room to comply with liquor license and food license codes. This was an amazing experience with Oscar and his contractors. I had one of the worst experiences over the past 6 years in trying to find a general contractor just willing to do the work for me, let alone at the price, and legally. This last time around I went through 12. He was the 13th. I called and he was here within 2 hours. He wanted to be the first to offer a quote. He looked at the place and had his plumber and electrician to see it within days. He even connected me with an architect as I was not having a productive experience with the architect I was using. Together they worked seamlessly to complete the plans. He met a budget that others were trying to charge 3 times as much for. Everyone took care of the property like it was their own. Oscar also has a great eye for interior decorating, making suggestions that would cosmetically look better that one would not initially think of. He was preemptive in installing some items he knew I would need (and I did!). He was patient with me as I made my own adjustments and was adamant on doing everything legally and under the proper codes (This was a WELCOME feeling to many previous contractors I had that were suggesting dubious work arounds. One contractor, when approached by the city inspector regarding the permits he told me he had, literally got in his car, left his tools, and took off.). I immediately put him to work on my residential property to replace the roof and redo the walls. I highly recommend this crew.
