I'm so happy to have found Mark! Our three mini splits were overdue for a professional cleaning, and Mark came and took care of them. From the beginning, Mark was professional, responsive, attentive, and genuinely kind. He took the time to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and made me feel supported through the entire process. One thing that especially stood out to me was his flexibility and patience. He had already started the mini split installation when I realized I needed to pause the project because I wasn’t fully sure about a few things on our end. Even though it created a major inconvenience and required rescheduling, Mark was incredibly understanding and gracious about it. That level of professionalism and kindness meant a lot to me. Mark really listened to what I needed, worked with me instead of against me, and consistently showed up with honesty and professionalism. He’s also just enjoyable to work with, personable, respectful, and clearly someone who cares about his clients and his work. I’m very grateful I found him and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for mini split installation.
