Ryland and Rory did an amazing job, they were professional, had great manners and installed a beautiful unit with excellent caulk and vent work that looks a thousand times better now than it did before. My unit is located in a tight closet space and they made it look beautiful. Would absolutely recommend these guys by name to anyone in the market.
Although it was a very busy time of the year , Rick’s Affordable Heating was able to schedule me an appointment ASAP when nobody else would. The technician, Tyler Warns, showed up after the end of what appeared to had been an extremely busy day for him. (They kept me updated throughout the day ensuring me that I was still scheduled and they would still be arriving.) Tyler was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He performed his maintenance patiently and throughly as if I had been his first customer of his day. I was a little shocked at the affordable price that I was charged for the service. I would recommend Rick’s Affordable Heating to anyone in the need of HVAC service and will most definitely be using them for all of our HVAC needs.

Ted Cole was the technician that came to our home on a Sunday morning....he was nothing short of fantastic! He was not only informative and truthful but he was kind and empathetic. Customer service was phenomenal and I would highly recommend to any family in need of their services. Service was also fast and up front and they did everything they could to help my family and I feel safe and understood in so many ways. Thank you for all of your help! It's very much appreciated. Ted was knowledgeable, kind, and took care to explain to me exactly what was going on and what to expect. I could not ask for anything more.
Great service. My house went on the market and I found out last minute that the AC wasn’t kicking on. Rick’s came out and took care of it. Great service. Friendly technician too. Great job Ricks!!
Ted Cole was great. He replaced a part needed to address a gas leak and was fast and efficient. He then took time to answer a few questions prior to leaving. This is my second time using this company and so far, no complaints!
