Genuinely best auto shop experience I have had thus far. Came in with blown tire + lower control arm issues. For the control arms, other shops quoted me thousands and weeks to get it done. Harry was fair in pricing and got it done in 5 hours. Didn’t have to chase him for updates, he was very responsive - I’d trust my car with these guys any day.
My car wouldn't start while I was out to lunch. Harry helped me coordinate a tow and looked at my car right away. Turned out to be an extremely simple repair and he was quick and generous in fixing. More than fair in terms of price. Would definitely recommend!

I was more than impressed with the service at Scranton Auto! Harry went above and beyond to help me out. He had not only the cheapest quote of all the repair shops that I called, but also the fastest quoted turn time. I was already stoked when i dropped the car off, but then, he asked me if I had a ride and I told him no I was just ubering home. So, he said, no let me run you home instead - don't waste your money! Then, he got the work done sooner than expected... then he tried to help coordinate picking me up to come get the car, and then cost came in at estimate. I literally could not be any more satisfied.
Andy and his team were able to work on my car at short notice. The problem turned out to tricky, and several people brainstormed on the solution. Great service, nice people, reasonable pricing. Plus - cute & friendly dogs optionally available to pet!
