I had an amazing experience here at Scranton Automotive. My car was having issues with the AC in the middle of 90 degree weather and they took me in the next day of calling. Within about 10 minutes of arriving, they had diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and made sure that I was comfortable with the price that I was paying for the work that they were about to do. The entire repair was completed much faster than expected and I was very impressed with how efficient the service was. Harry, George and Issac were extremely personable and friendly and I will be recommending this place to family and friends. If my car ever has any other issues, I will be taking it back!
Easily the best auto repair experience I've ever had. I brought my manual transmission car in after a previous garage wrecked my clutch — and by the time I limped to Scranton Automotive, the car was getting rapidly worse. Harry literally helped me push it into the shop. He gave me a fair price, answered every question I had, and put all my doubts to rest. When I came to pick it up, the crew was having a BBQ and handed me a burger. The car came back with a new clutch and flywheel and runs better than it ever has.

Genuinely best auto shop experience I have had thus far. Came in with blown tire + lower control arm issues. For the control arms, other shops quoted me thousands and weeks to get it done. Harry was fair in pricing and got it done in 5 hours. Didn’t have to chase him for updates, he was very responsive - I’d trust my car with these guys any day.
Andy and his team were able to work on my car at short notice. The problem turned out to tricky, and several people brainstormed on the solution. Great service, nice people, reasonable pricing. Plus - cute & friendly dogs optionally available to pet!
Leaving this review before I have even picked up my car because this has been such a great experience. Harry is honest and fair and takes all the unenjoyable parts out of going to the auto shop, plus he’s just a rad dude in general. I’ve since picked up the car and it’s great, back in action. Secretly hoping this place doesn’t become too popular so I can keep it a secret for all my auto care needs.
