I can’t say enough good things about Joe. My son was wrongly accused of multiple serious felonies and our lives were upside down. I didn’t know any attorneys in the Toledo area and I was randomly calling attorneys to take the case. I was so blessed to find Joe. He stood out dramatically from the multiple other attorneys I had called. I knew right away based on the professionalism of his staff that this was a well run and organized law practice. Joe brought immense experience to bear as both a former prosecutor and as a longtime defense attorney. He knew exactly how to proceed throughout the case and consistently gave us excellent legal advice and strategically countered whatever the prosecutors came up with. He went above and beyond for my son and the case was ultimately dismissed. It was a trying time for my family and my son’s life hung in the balance. We were thankful to have Joe on our side.

I hired Patituce and associates for a family member recently, there was one charge of a felony3 which may have had consequences of up to three years incarceration, The end result was the felony was reduced and my family member was able to receive several years probation and a program, but this allowed him to keep his freedom and be with his family.
