The hotel is clean, well maintained, and in a great location with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife nearby. One of my favorite amenities was the complimentary driver service. They will drop you off anywhere within a two mile radius of the hotel, which was incredibly convenient for getting around Buckhead. Just keep in mind that it’s a drop-off service only….they don’t provide return pickups. The service operates daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the TVs offered a good selection of channels to relax with at the end of the day. The hotel restaurant was okay….not bad, but there are so many great dining options nearby that I’d recommend exploring the neighborhood as well. During my stay, the ice machine happened to be out of service, but it wasn’t a big inconvenience. The staff quickly brought ice directly to my room, which I appreciated. The hotel is about a 30–40 minute drive from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, depending on traffic, and the MARTA station is only about a five-minute walk away, making it easy to get around without a car. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again, especially for the location, cleanliness, and the convenience of the complimentary driver service.
We really enjoyed our three-night stay at this beautiful hotel! It's an older property, but it has been beautifully renovated and is located right in the heart of Buckhead. What stood out the most to us was the incredible service. The staff was constantly checking in on us to see how they could improve our stay. Everyone we encountered—from the check-in desk to housekeeping, and even staff by the swimming pool—was remarkably courteous, friendly, and helpful. We stayed in a corner room that was a pretty good size and featured a modern renovation. It had gorgeous sunrise and sunset views, and an unexpected highlight was seeing the peaceful reflection of the swimming pool in the adjacent building. The room was incredibly functional, featuring a large, comfortable couch, a very big work desk that came in handy, and fast, reliable internet. The large bathroom even included a bathtub. The only minor thing missing was a fridge in the room, but given how attentive the staff was, I'm certain they would have happily provided one if we had asked—we just didn't end up needing it. Parking here is also a massive plus. They offer valet, but the underground self-parking is super convenient and secure. It’s in the same building right next to the elevator, meaning no long walks with luggage and no dealing with the weather. Plus, it’s completely shuttered with restricted access and plenty of cameras, so we felt entirely safe leaving our car there. There are tons of great facilities here, and we'd absolutely stay again!

My husband and I booked a night to celebrate my birthday back in January 2025. The rooms are beautiful are clean. We had a corner room that had incredible city views. The bathroom is worth a special mention because the tub is huge! The staff is very friendly. We always travel with a small dog and the staff were sweet with her. We also had massage treatments at the hotel spa, although there aren't many spa amenities, we both enjoyed the visit. Lastly, the location is solid. You can walk to both the Lenox & Phipps malls or enjoy dinner at any local restaurant.
My husband and I stayed the night here as part of a long roadtrip we were taking. With the Intercontinental Chicago being one of my most favorite places to stay, I was excited to try this location out! We were greeted by friendly staff and easy parking, but I was overall disappointed with the room and amenities. Everything seemed a bit dated. Our room was incredibly warm and took until the middle of the night to finally cool down, the toilet handle would stick in the flush position after every use, and stains/ marks on the walls and furnitures did not make it feel like the luxury experience I was expecting. Our bed was comfy and everything was overall clean, but I feel like we could have spent a lot less money to get similar quality at any neighboring budget hotel.
The four star was as a result of the poor planning and guidance from the higher management to react in the event of a larger number of clients arriving at the late hours of the night. David, the front desk clerk, was trying to handle every client as he apologized for the incredible delays to check-in. I waited over one hour to reach the front desk to get a room. For such of high-class hotel I would expected an On-Duty manager to take care of anything that might require immediate action. In addition to David, I only noticed three employees working, a security officer, that gracefully was providing bottled water to the people waiting in line, and one housekeeping lady, cleaning the lobby. Let's hope that this management style changes to prevent a more powerful situation.
