I loved everything about my stay from the moment I walked in. Service was great, the room/facility was clean, breakfast smelled amazing. I had a king size and the bed was comfortable and bathrooms were clean. I didn’t make it to the pool or gym but I plan to next time I visit. The hotel is located in a quiet spot too, I have literally no complaints. Will be booking again.
First time staying here, the staff was very pleasant. Shout out to Allan in the morning, he was kind enough to extend me a little bit of extra time before my next event. So I appreciate that greatly as a customer. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I will be back.
I got an extremely late check in for my fiancé while I was out of town, she had a horrible experience that made her feel very unsafe and they offered nothing to make up for it. I paid for a room over the phone just after midnight November 10th for her. The stay would have been from the 9th to the 10th but since it was so late she technically arrived on the 10th. This hotel is near blue pearl animal hospital and had good reviews that’s why I chose it, I wish I wouldn’t have. Our dog was having issues late at night so she had to drive several hours across state to get our puppy to the hospital. She didn’t end up getting to the hotel till around 4:30am, I paid full price for the room which isn’t the issue. The issue is that after she checked in from 6am to 10am her door was banged on extremely loud 4 times. The first time she called me, the second time she asked what they wanted and they said the person in this room checked out at 5am and no one should be there. She had to explain to them that she got in extremely late and has had very little sleep and check out is comin quick. She asked them to please just let her sleep, they didn’t, This happened two more times to the point she checked out because she was extremely tired and didn’t feel safe anymore and that’s what she told the people at the front desk. They offered nothing to make up for it. I can’t believe this is how you guys treat your loyal customers I’m a rewards member and I don’t think I will be staying at any of your guys facilities again after this. Now my finance is driving across state half asleep because she didn’t feel safe at your facility. I feel horrible for even putting her in such a bad situation. Shame on you guys.

I had higher expectations for my stay here, unfortunately, the room cleanliness did not match the standards expected of a Hilton chain. When I expressed my concern to the front desk, nothing was done to rectify the situation, not even a simple offer to have the room cleaned out once again. Instead, they asked me to reach out to the GM - not sure if this is the correct way to resolve such issues. At the very least that individual should have been in touch to offer a solution but no effort was made.
Rooms are clean and staff have been decent but ac units after having to move to two rooms didn’t work and staff knew of the rooms having issues but still put us in the rooms; manager needs to call us to resolve the billing because we checkout today! Front desk has offered less than acceptable accommodation for this problem
