Dr. Roberts has been my PCP for over 15 years. He is exceptional and his staff are friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, diligent, personable, conscious partner to proactively manage your health care.
Dr. Roberts has deep concern for his patients and is willing to spend time with each to give the reasons for his decisions and recommendations. His staff has always been pleasant and helpful. I can actually say I look forward to each appointment. I would recommend him.
I've been with Dr Roberts for a long time now and really enjoy the personal care he provides! He is very genuine and it shows he really cares about his patients. Every time I go it's like I am talking to a friend which is very comforting! And the staff there are so friendly, they talk to you like you are one of their own. Thank you! :-)

I have been a patient of Dr. Roberts for over 15 years. Each time he has moved his office, from Oak Cliff, to Uptown, to North Dallas, and now off of Irving Blvd., I have followed him. His manner with the patient is exceptional. His staff are exceedingly incompetent, billing issues drag on for months before being resolved. They are rude and unhelpful. I live more than 25 miles from Dr. Robert's office and was trying to schedule a wellness exam as well as renew prescription. The office informed me he does not do that all in one visit as he doesn't get paid when he takes care of more than one issue. Therefore, I was advised I would need to make 2 visits. I asked to speak to Dr. Roberts and the staff refused, saying he won't talk to me about the issue. Sadly, I am going to have to find a new primary care physician as this situation is unacceptable. I understand about the payment situation, and would gladly book 2 appointments in one day so he can be paid. What I am not willing to do is to make 2 roundtrip visits from my home, merely to get a prescription refilled. I would rate less than one star if that were possible.
Excellent customer service and bedside manner. Dr Roberts has been my primary care physician for years. Despite my moves from Dallas to Arlington and Fort Worth, I continue to drive to Dallas for appointments. I appreciate the time Dr Roberts devoted to his patients. He is very personable.
