I’ve used this company for my multi-family property several times but now it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. I’ve left multiple messages but no one calls back and there seems to be no way to get anyone to pickup the phone.
Switched to Ullman after not being satisfied with our previous low voltage/access control company and it could not have been a better decision. Mike and Shawn are not only extremely knowledgeable, but more importantly they provide unrivaled customer service. They are possibly the best vendor I have worked with across any field, not just electric/technology.
