This was my second visit to Tyler Automotive. I went to subpar mechanics recently that I just didn’t trust and my car still didn't feel right after having my front and rear shocks and struts replaced with a wheel alignment. I had to have my car towed to Tyler’s Friday afternoon knowing they’re closed on the weekends. I called to let them know my car would be there at whatever time on Friday and whenever they manage to get to it was fine. Becky answered the phone and after I told her what was going on with my car, she let me know I would have to pay for the suspension check since I had the initial repairs done elsewhere - totally reasonable and 100% transparent. I got a text at 2:11pm today to review what they found and they called a few minutes later to go over it and get permission to do what was needed. It was only $70 for the suspension inspection plus a free quality control inspection. They also fixed one of the tire valves for me and filled the front two that were shockingly low. I literally just had all 4 filled elsewhere. The most expensive was the alignment which was $135. A little higher than what I’m used to but honestly, you get what you pay for. They called 2 hours later to let me know my car was ready. It always sucks to have to bring your car in when something is wrong but at least the people working at Tyler Automotive don’t make you feel worse about it and know what they’re doing.
I called their office mid-afternoon on Monday, and they were able to fit me in within the next half hour! I was genuinely impressed by their efficiency and especially appreciative of the honest feedback and clear guidance they provided about the next steps for my Honda. Being from out of town, I hadn’t yet found a reliable place to take my vehicle, but now I can confidently say I’ll be back. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I was impressed with the friendly customer service. It was easy to schedule an appointment over the phone. They performed an inspection and provided a detailed report with pictures. They did good work at a fair price. I will be taking my car back to Tyler Automotive for service in the future.
My car has an oil burning issue known with the Chevy Equinox 2.4L engines. I’ve been managing it and instead of trying to get me to rebuild my engine or spend X amount of money on other repairs and additives, Sawyer listened to what I had to say about it and actually responded and treated my car accordingly. Mechanics don’t usually make people feel heard and it was appreciated. Also, Becky who works the front, is super accommodating and personable.
I have been a regular customer for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with their professional service and their personal courtesy. Recently, however, they really went the extra mile for me. A large skid panel had come loose between my two front axels and I brought the car to them after a brief phone call. Nate took the time to put the car on a lift, remove the panel, and then sent me on my way assuring me that it was an extra piece that was not required. I continue to praise them to all my friends and family.
