We suffered substantial water damage to our 1894 victorian home in Columbus. After significant struggles finding a suitable contractor, we were connected with Kevin Nordine and Nordine & Associates - and how grateful we are for that! Kevin and his team were very professional and highly responsive. Kevin worked extensively with the insurance company to ensure that they understood the full scope and challenges of the work needing done in a historic home. He communicated with them, other trade professionals working in the house, and helped to quarterback the whole process. Once we were able to get full approval from insurance, Kevin and his team leapt into action and started tackling the necessary demo, rehab, and repairs, all while maintaining the integrity and character of the house. When we identified small inconsistencies in the work or areas we were less satisfied with, Kevin was very quick to remedy any issues. The finished work is of high quality and we are so happy we found Kevin and his team to get our home back in prime condition. I have no hesitation in recommending Nordine & Associates for any work you need done!
