Stayed here last week and loved it! Great vibe, great staff, and killer location. Lots of room type options, including shared or private. It's been a hostel for ages, but just came under new ownership, and they definitely cleaned and leveled up, which was nice to see. Awesome back patio space, and the location is unbeatable. Right in the heart of historic Belltown, full of nightlife, food, street art, live music venues, and walking distance to Pike Place Market. Great value and worth a stay!
The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, always ready to lend a hand when I needed help. The hotel's location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. I also found many great cafes nearby. However, perhaps due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, the hotel music was sometimes quite loud, especially at night when I wanted to sleep. There were no shelves in the bathroom for shampoo and shower gel, so I had to leave them on the floor. The shower water pressure was strong, which I appreciated! I would suggest installing coat racks in the rooms, as there was nowhere to hang winter coats. Also, a small trash can in the bathroom would be helpful for female guests to dispose of personal items. Overall, the stay was good, but there are a few areas for improvement!

Seriously, I could not have had a better time than I had at this hostel. It was clean, the water pressure was great, the folks were really professional accommodating and friendly, I am a lady traveling alone and this place felt really welcoming and safe. Everything is so walkable. Plenty of bodegas close by, restaurants, bars, public transit. And it's super close to the ocean just so you could go walk down to the pier and watch the boats go by. Be sure to get the folks at the front desk to tell you all about the history of the building and the neighborhood. It's a real treat. I didn't get to stay long enough to enjoy the sauna, but maby next time I will make sure I hit it up because it's really cool looking.
Such an awesome spot! The staff are super friendly and always down to help with tips or just chat. The beds were clean and comfy. The vibe here is super fun and social, perfect if you want to meet other travelers or just hang out in a chill space. Kitchen has everything you need to cook up a meal. The location is unbeatable — right in Belltown, so you’re surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Pike Place Market is just a short walk away, and the Space Needle is super close too. Super fun to explore the best parts of Seattle on foot. Definitely recommend staying here if you want a fun, comfortable place in the heart of the city. I’ll totally be back next time I’m in Seattle.
This review isn’t about the hostel itself, the place actually looks lovely from the photos, and I’m sure it’s a great spot to stay. My issue is entirely with their cancellation policy. I paid a $146 deposit for a one-week stay. This wasn’t a discounted rate or a special deal , in fact, it cost about the same as a standard hotel room. I chose to book directly through their website because I wanted to support them rather than a third-party site. Unfortunately, within an hour of booking, my travel plans changed and I had to cancel. Even though I cancelled more than a month in advance, they kept the entire $146. I understand that companies have policies and can point out that guests agree to them when booking, but keeping the full amount for a standard-priced room cancelled over four weeks ahead feels unreasonable and, frankly, quite shady. Most travellers are on a budget, and losing that kind of money, with no flexibility or partial refund, leaves a really bitter impression. I seldom write negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be said. If you still choose to stay here, I strongly recommend booking through a third-party site where you at least have the option to cancel without losing your entire payment.
