I just started going here this year. If I want someone to respond or prescription, I don't want to wait. Sometimes I don't have time to wait so this seemed like a really good option. From my first appointment with Dr. Shaikh, I knew that I had made the right choice. I actually have never had a primary care doctor take that much time to have a conversation about my health on an individual level. I really liked the doctor I had before I came here, but it was a totally different approach and she retired. I'm very glad to have gotten a doctor at SMA. When I needed some help, I sent a message and heard back within less than hour and easily got a prescription filled right away. So far, I am very happy I made the choice. Well worth the small premium you pay for access to a higher level of care.
I feel very fortunate to have an amazing provider, Dr. Frownfelter. The medical team as a whole is very attentive, assuring, detail-oriented, and talented. You pay a small premium for top notch care and quick access in times when you need it the most. Whether I’m in town, or out of state, I have reassurance I’ll be taken care of 24/7.

Dr. Frownfelter has been my trusted medical partner, providing consistent, comprehensive, and personalized care. Her depth of knowledge, combined with their genuine concern for my well-being, has made every visit a positive and reassuring experience. Dr. Frownfelter takes the time to listen attentively, answer my questions, and involve me in decision-making regarding my health. They won’t allow you to get a consultation/meet and greet before you sign up. So you have to do their intake process and pay a one-month membership fee before you even know if you’ll get along with/are allowed to meet the doctor. This seems very sketchy. Why wouldn’t both parties want to make sure it’s a good fit? To be clear, we spoke to other concierge doctors and they generally offer you a meet and greet. This is literally the only one that said no to this request.
