I’ve worked with half a dozen roofers in Nashville and Archway is leaps and bounds better than anyone else I’ve used. Alex actually showed up early for our consultation - a first for me with ANY kind of service provider. He was thorough and generous - even re-caulking my windows and vent for free when he noticed the existing caulk was failing. On the day of gutter repair/installation he and his team were on time. He paid extra attention to the color of our gutters to make sure the replacement piece matched our color exactly. The installers were very fast and left zero mess or evidence they’d even been there. Alex also allowed us to split our invoice with our neighbors since our gutter damage was caused by theirs. I’d be hard-pressed to find a more professional and honest roofing company in Nashville. I would give Archway 10 stars if I could!
Highly recommend Archway Roofing! We needed a new roof before closing on our house, and they worked incredibly hard to accommodate our tight schedule and get everything completed in time. They also helped us navigate a very complicated warranty claim for defective shingles, making the entire process much easier. Great communication, excellent service, and a team that truly goes above and beyond.

We purchased a house with a quick inspection period. Once the inspector found an issue with the roof and told us we needed expert opinion, . Their team came out, provided a free quote in 48 hours and was much less than expected. Our broker mentioned them as the most trust worthy roofers they know to give accurate estimates of what work really needs to be done. Shows up on time, was flexible enough to do work exact day after our closing that we needed them to show up, did great work and identities another issue - non roof related that our inspector missed. 5 stars. Really appreciate Andrew and team.
