Lipps Electric installed one ceiling fan and two exterior lights for us today. The office/scheduling staff was friendly and knowledgeable, so that I could be prepared with good replacement fixtures for the appointment. Dave, our technician, was professional and kind. The work he did is perfect. He texted before arrival, was on time, and completed the work quickly while keeping me informed. The pricing was good and I was informed upfront. We're happy to have better fixtures that were installed with safety in mind. Great experience! Thank you!
Lipps Electric was fantastic! We live in Mason and needed 3 chandeliers installed/replaced. Scheduling was easy and they sent text reminders the day before and within 30 minutes of arrival. I had to reschedule my appointment and they had time slots available that worked with my schedule. Tim, the electrician, was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As part of their services, he inspected our electrical panel and recommended a whole house surge protector, which he installed. Thank you Lipps Electric; we'll definitely call you again!

Tim did an outstanding job installing our EV charger. When the charger wouldn't power on, he didn't just stop there. He thoroughly troubleshot the issue and helped us discover that the charging unit itself was defective. Thankfully, we had a backup unit, and Tim stayed late to install it and make sure everything was working properly. The issue was completely outside of Lipps Electric's control, but they still saw the job through to completion. Excellent service, great communication, and a commitment to getting the job done right. Highly recommend Tim and the entire Lipps team!
We had a great experience with this electrical contractor. Logan and Chris were extremely knowledgeable and handled a variety of projects for us, including installing Ring cameras, new fans, and new lights, as well as fixing an external outlet. Everything was done with high quality and attention to detail. They completed the work in a very timely manner and took the time to answer all of our questions along the way. Their customer service really stood out—they were courteous, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. I would highly recommend Logan and Chris to anyone looking for reliable and skilled electrical work.
Great service, had a cut high voltage wire going into my outside AC unit. My service professional was excellent, and gave me multiple options. He did such an excellent job , that I asked about doing some minor updates to my breaker box including adding a surge protector. Very satisfied!!!! Forgot to add my serviceman was Michael Danner! He is is excellent.
