Randy was seen promptly but our being there was questioned since he has a Wellness appointment on June 23. I had not remembered that, just knew that we were tired of a rash prolonging and had 2 other questions. The nurse was good and Jennifer Seal normally is friendly and helpful. However our appointment was again questioned since the Wellness appointment was coming in June. I have been pleased with Randy's care until last Tuesday. Hopefully it was just an "off day at work." The receptionist is the reason i give this place such a low rating. I called to make an appointment. I got the phone number for this office off of my insurance companies website. When i called to see if they can confirm that the doctor still took my insurance they very rudely said " we cannot provide that information you must call your insurance company". I have never had a doctors office refuse to confirm if they accept insurance. Either the girl was very lazy and didnt want to check or didnt understand the simple question. Either way i wouldnt go to an office who cant help people with simply making an appointment anyway

My former doctor closed her practice and I needed a new doctor. A friend referred me to Dr. Jasmine Wong, and what a blessing that was. I thank God for her. Dr. Wong and her staff are amazing! Everyone is kind and caring, very helpful and professional. I actually look forward to my next appointment! God bless Dr. Wong and her staff.
Very little wait time until I got into the examination room. Nurse was pleasant while asking questions and updating my information. My nurse practitioner is very easy to talk to. She listens to what I say. She advises me on medications, gives me options and lets me make my decisions. She updates me on what lab work is to be done. I have confidence in her as my nurse practitioner.
Jennifer Seal gives excellent care, listens attentively, offers options to problems that allows me to make my own choices for what. Is comfortable for me. Highly recommend Jennifer.
