Very little wait time until I got into the examination room. Nurse was pleasant while asking questions and updating my information. My nurse practitioner is very easy to talk to. She listens to what I say. She advises me on medications, gives me options and lets me make my decisions. She updates me on what lab work is to be done. I have confidence in her as my nurse practitioner.
****Update**** This practice is back to what I remember, why my family and I started coming here inthe first place. The staff is SO sweet and caring, always smiling and making fun conversation. They respond so fast in MyChart and they are so patient and understanding of frustrations with the changes to the phones and mychart. And Dr. Boules is an answered prayer!!!! Amazing!!!! He reminds me of Dr. Katrapati 😊😭. He is attentive, he listens and doesn't rush! He answers questions and explains things so plainly. I am just so grateful and happy. So happy 😊 The three stars given are for MA Ashley, and Dr. Kerakhan only, they are both 5 star rated in my opinion.

Jennifer Seal gives excellent care, listens attentively, offers options to problems that allows me to make my own choices for what. Is comfortable for me. Highly recommend Jennifer.
I don't normally write bad reviews, but if they are warranted, I will. I was seen by Mercy Health's West Park Family Medicine for several years and was thrilled with the staff and my experience there. My first CNP was Beth Schott, followed by CNP Nicole Omey. Both were excellent and helped me through several medical issues. However, since they left Mercy Health's West Park Family Medicine has gone down hill dramatically. Previously, a patient was able to call the office and schedule appointments, but they now route you to a call center. I was never able to understand anyone with whom I was connected, and after several calls I was told the next appointment was 6 months in the future. At that point I decided to move from Mercy Health's West Park Family Medicine to a different office. During that process, I was again routed to their call center service. After a frustrating 20 minutes, where I cancelled my upcoming appointment and forwarded my records, I was not at all confident my records would be sent to my new office. They were unable to forward me to Mercy Health's West Park Family Medicine, so I could confirm this, but I was able to call back and click through the right phone options to get someone at the Mercy Health West Park Family Medicine office. They were able to confirm my appointment was cancelled, noting they could see my previous appointment, but that it was cancelled. I asked if they could refill my prescriptions, as I would not have enough to get to my first appointment at the new office, and was told no. Despite them seeing I was a patient until 5 minutes prior, I was no longer a Mercy Health's West Park Family Medicine patient so they couldn't refill them. I asked if I could get a new appointment and then have them refilled. I was told they would know I wasn't coming back, so they wouldn't do that either. Please note that I cannot post this with zero stars, but I would if that was an option. It seems that whatever benefit Mercy Health's West Park Family Medicine receives for prescribing medicine is worth more than their patients' health. Shame on them.
Dr.Wong is the best PCP I've ever had; she goes above and beyond. Ka’Niya (I hope I spelled it right) is a great MA with the best personality. They make coming to the doctor's office much more comfortable.
