I noticed a leak in our attic and called Resnick on a recommendation from a neighbor who had a great experience. Kevin came out the next day to assess and to go over our options. We ended up having to do a total roof replacement, which we had expected. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent. I was given text and email updates on when they would start work and constant information on what to expect. The project manager, Norman texted with daily picture updates and spoke to me each day to update on progress. The crew worked from early morning to sundown to finish the project and it came out great. The roof looks amazing and the yard is spotless. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Ashley took my call and she was great, very nice to talk to, and got me in for a roof inspection the same day. Mark came and did the inspection, and he was great - very friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel pressured. He answered all of my questions and provided clear explanations. I really feel good about choosing Resnick for my roof installation! So after weeks of inclement weather, my roof and gutter installation are finally finished and wow what a difference! The Resnick crew did a fantastic job! The site supervisor Norman was an excellent communicator and kept me updated every step of the way. He explained everything in terms that I could understand, patiently answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns, and made sure I was 100% satisfied with this project. My experience with Resnick was great from start to finish. No one wants to have to get a new roof, but choosing Resnick for this project took some of the pain out of the process. The entire staff makes customer service their number one priority and every team member I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank you Resnick!

Our experience with Resnick Roofing was frustrating and confusing, largely due to poor communication and project management. The overall project timeline was as follows: the siding contract was signed in early April 2025. Materials were delayed, so construction did not begin until mid-July. Progress was further slowed because insufficient materials had been ordered by Resnick, pushing completion into mid-September. The final walkthrough occurred in mid-November, and the remaining punch-list items were completed in early January 2026. Communication was somehow both excessive and insufficient at the same time. Throughout the project, I received system-generated text messages from a wide variety of people, alerting me to erroneous project overruns, workers who were supposedly arriving at my house but never did, and multiple suggested start dates that never materialized. At other times, I went weeks or even months without hearing anything, and my questions often went unanswered until I followed up repeatedly. There didn’t seem to be a single project manager or point of contact. For example, scheduling the final inspection and subsequent fixes involved ten plus text messages sent at wildly inconsistent intervals—sometimes daily, sometimes weeks apart. Dates were proposed, missed, and then allowed to pass with no communication whatsoever, only to be followed up on later without explanation. This was especially surprising given the overwhelming number of positive reviews—our experience seems like bizarro-world compared to others. On a positive note, the subcontracted installation crew did a very good job overall, though there were some issues. One concern, in particular, stood out: I’m far from a builder, but relying on caulk to seal two different adjoining materials in a weather-exposed area seems destined to fail quickly. My understanding is that proper installation typically uses overlapping channels that allow for movement while maintaining long-term watertightness. Resnick took months to follow through on a final walkthrough, then sloppily rushed through fixes to close out the project. Honestly, the entire process just wore me out to the point of acceptance. In summary: if you want a generally competent subcontracted install crew that could benefit from additional training in weatherproofing mixed materials—but are also prepared to deal with confusing, inconsistent communication and hands-off project management from Resnick, effectively making you a part-time project manager—then Resnick Roofing may be the contractor for you.
My experience with Resnick Roofing was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. When I first contacted RR, they sent Kevin Synan amazing sales person who stayed with me until the finished project. After the estimate was completed, I received a phone call from the owner of the company, Adam, who called to see how my experience was going! He not only gave me his extension, but also his personal number. In today’s world, with the lack of customer service, support and just a personal touch, I don’t know many companies that do that! Then RR did a site survey to verify everything that Kevin and I discussed and talked to me about where they could deliver materials and the dumpster for removal. They didn’t just put things in my yard. They were meticulous even to with regards to damaging my yard. Materials were delivered on pallets and there were 2x6’s under the dumpster. I was told that I would be assigned a project manager who would oversee my project. My PM, Lazer was quick to let me know any issue they came across. I was hesitant to not be on site while the work was being performed on my home, but Lazer’s knowledge and professionalism put me at ease. My roof was not an easy one because I have a flat porch roof and a pitched roof, which required 2 different materials. The crew that RR assigned to my roof was magnifico! They worked, diligently from morning until late in the evening to complete my job. They calculated 2 days for my job but had to return a third day to complete. ON A SUNDAY! The crew went around my home, twice, with a magnet and picking up anything that fell off the roof when they finished. The roofing crew was top notch and seeing them work was like a symphony for the eyes. I cannot that everyone involved in my project enough. I am so thankful for Resnick Roofing for their incredible service. I even got them to do my mother’s house.
I was very highly recommended to Resnick by one of my close friends who has dealt with them in the past. He had nothing but great things to say about them. They were the only company I trusted to replace my roof and gutters. They came out within the week I called them and gave me a quote that day and I accepted in April 2025. They installed it a couple days later. The roof was completed in one day. And so were the gutters. They called and texted me throughout the day giving me updates. They even sent pictures of steps they did. Which I was not expecting. A couple weeks later, I had an electrician working at my house. I was on second shift at the time and he calls me telling me that I need to come back because there was a storm and that there was a waterfall in my addition. While also I had water come in through the bathroom fan vent they installed. which water came in through the ceiling. As well as my attic, two bedrooms the addition and basement. I called Resnick as soon as I got home. They said they would send someone out first thing the next day. They came out and fixed the main part of the roof. And it also turned out to be the gutters were installed without a faca board which is a piece of wood with metal wrapped around it for the gutters to hang from. So therefore they screwed the gutters into my studs that are in my attic. Therefore you could see about an inch of daylight all the way across my house. So my gutters were tilted towards the house. They replaced the bathroom vent and installed the faca board and gutters on the main part of the house. I get an update from them when they are done while I'm at work and they didn't touch the addition gutters. They said that nothing was wrong with it. I told them they have to come back and fix it. They said they would the next day. A day goes by and I hear nothing. I call them and ask what happened. They said they never said that. So they send a team out about 3-4 days later to fix the rest. Or so I thought. Resnick never sent a restoration team out to clean up all the water damage and to assess the damage of the interior. So I called a company to help me out. They gave me a quote and Resnick says its too high. After never stepping foot into my house. When water got in two bedrooms, a bathroom, the addition and basement. So they send there own guy out. He gives half the cost of my estimate. He says everything looks dry. When it was over a month after this all happened. I deny there counter offer. So Resnick asks to send a mold company out which I agreed to. After the mold company comes, and detects mold. Resnick ends up agreeing with my original quote. They agree that I will not have to pay off the remainder of the work they did. And they will pay for the mold removal, and as well as my estimate for all of the damages. Now in January of 2026. I discover a roof leak in the exact same spot from June of 2025. I call them and they said they will get back to me in 2-3 business days. They end up calling the next day and say they will send someone out as soon as possible. After they inspect everything, I was told I would hear back from them that day or the following day. I heard nothing either day, so I called in myself. This is the third or fourth time I have had to call back for damages or work being done incorrectly. And there urgency seems to be minimal. The first 10 pictures and video are from the first leak as well as, the gutters they installed with no faca board in April. And the last two are from the most recent leak. In January.
