Beautiful historic hotel with plenty of charm and character. We loved the unique feel of both the building and our room, and the location was excellent. It was convenient to walk to nearby restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions, making for an enjoyable stay overall. I did have some questions regarding my final bill. Once I was able to talk with Soufiane from the management team, all things were cleared up. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely concerned about resolving the issue. I was very impressed with how well he addressed my concerns and fully restored my confidence in the Cincinnatian and the Hilton brand. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend!
Location was great, rooms weren't quite what we expected from the pictures. The hotel needs some servicing, like paint and deep cleaning of tile surfaces. But the employees were awesome. Valet was an excellent service that I'm glad we took advantage of. Conrad and Andrew were extremely kind and prompt.

We loved our stay at the Cincinnatian! Would definitely recommend valet parking your car. At $42/day it doesn't cost much more than the closest parking garages and it's so much more convenient. The valet staff are very helpful and professional. The staff at the front desk of the hotel are fantastic and so friendly! The hotel is a great vibe. Our room was huge, and clean, and like many other reviewers, we appreciated the water pressure in the shower and abundant hot water. We also appreciated the location and its proximity to the ball park, as well as the walkability to explore downtown Cincinnati. We would definitely stay here again!
Great, unique rooms, very clean. Valet parking attendance are incredible, fast!, and reliable. Conrad has gone out of his way many times to assist me. I really appreciate all of his hard work at the valet.
The rooms are very spacious and gorgeous. We stayed for a night for a concert in cincinnati during a heat advisory. Our room AC wasn’t working and the employees were so nice and scoured for a fan for us to use for the night. They ended up giving us a full refund for the night and were super sweet and understanding of the situation. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the AC, but the people there made up for it, times a million.
