After 14 years away from the dentist, I couldn’t have picked a better place to break the streak! The team at Oak Creek made the entire experience so comfortable and welcoming from start to finish. McKenzie was so kind checking me in, and Bryn, Meg, and Dr. Segnini were amazing throughout my appointment. They constantly checked on my comfort level, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt at ease every step of the way. Lyra made checkout quick and easy, explained my next steps thoroughly, and helped get me scheduled for future treatment before sending me on my way back to work. I’ve been coming to Oak Creek for 20+ years but recently my daughter “graduated“ from her pediatric dentist. She had a lot of anxiety about switching, especially when learning she had a cavity that needed to be filled.
