As always Texas Airzone took care of us! Father’s Day at 4:00 our drain pan overflowed due to a blockage and dropped gallons of water on our dining room ceiling causing the Sheetrock to separate! We weren’t sure what to do and cut the power and water to the house. The technician Greg showed up and got us back up and running and we were able to spend the night in our home. Great office staff and great technicians!
Been working with Texas AirZone for about 5 years now. Really happy with them. A trustworthy partner. Technically sound. Not looking to upsell you at every opportunity. Nice people. They also carry good products (Lennox, IQAir, etc.). Exactly what you're looking for in a contractor. Special thanks to Chris Roebuck and Frank Rodriguez. Both excellent individuals. Frank was just out here to clean the blowers on our air handlers. Took a look and they're clean. No need. How often do you hear that? Our systems are 17 years old. Won't last forever. When the time comes, we'll give Texas AirZone a call.

I had the best experience with Frank and the team at Texas AirZone. I called for an appointment and they were able to come out the very next day. Right on time too! Frank was awesome. He listened to me explain the issue and then explained each issue carefully and thoroughly. I’m a new homeowner and pretty overwhelmed with the various systems and Frank’s expertise and knowledge made me feel so much better about the whole thing. My parents have used Texas AirZone for several years now and even put in a whole new a/c system for them a couple years ago so it’s a company we trust. We also have a/c pros in the family who fully corroborated the issue Frank found today and said I got a good deal and a good fix! I won’t hesitate to recommend these guys, and Frank specifically, for being so knowledgeable and honest!
I am in a house that is owned by my family and we have been here since April of 2008. The 2 HVAC units are 32 and 24 years old respectively. I am selling this house at the begiining of 2027 and do not want to sink $15k into a new unit. 4 days ago the upstairs unit stopped blowing cold air. Knowing the units both require R22 freon and that this gas was banned for production in 2020 by the EPA, It would not be cheap to get the 2lbs I needed to get cold air again. I called 6 HVAC companies, told them I needed R22, and was not interested in a new unit. I told the dispatchers at all 6 exactly what i wanted, took time off work and started meeting the techs. Out of 6 not one had been told i needed R22, and was not interested in a new unit because im selling in 2027. Finally, Texas Air zone showed up and Carlos the tech had R22, installed 2 pounds, and did not mention me buying a new unit. He mentioned a Few tips to maintain the units until I sold, raised a few concerns and was very kind and professional. Is it coincidence that the other 6 companies all used AI to take my call but Texas Air zone had a real person that listened and did the job for me? I will let you figure that one out. Being that the R22 can still be used until the supply is gone and supply is starting to get low, the price per pound was $240. I received a military discount which we vets truly appreciate and I am now getting 53.6 degree air at the vent vs. 78.2. Thank you Carlos!!
Cole was timely, polite & very knowledgeable. He quickly resolved our plumbing issue & didn’t charge an arm & a leg in the process. We will definitely be utilizing Texas Air Zone Heating & Air for our plumbing & A/C needs in the future
