The service is quick and they have great communication. I’ve always been a little nervous to take my car to the shop but they were all so nice and made it super easy. I dropped my car off in the afternoon for coolant system issues and they had it ready by the morning next day. Definitely the best service ive ever gotten from an auto shop. I would only take my car to this place from here on out. Super reliable!!
My friend Clint had to have his truck towed to Al's last night and left it there until they opened the very next morning. I will reluctantly leave out all the details in which they were helpful, but they still deserve recognition. Thank you all so much for making a mad situation one that ended with high points. The best auto repair shop in Dfw. Shawn & AB the absolute best. Been coming here for over 10 years. I Come here to service both company fleet vehicles & my own personal vehicles. Al’s auto repair has done work for multiple people in my household. They have fair prices and are easy to work with. I got an oil change and it took 20 minutes, no additional upsells or extra fees. They will be my go to repair shop for the foreseeable future!
This was the first time I took my car to an independent mechanic so I was nervous but the dealership was getting way too expensive. I received my car in timely and good condition, it’s been a week since my spark plugs got replaced and I’ve had no complications. Only thing is whoever maintenance my car changed a lot of settings like headlight, radio, air flow, and seat position. But overall great experience!
