John and the mechanics really went above and beyond for me in hopes of repairing my Toyota. In the end there wasn’t a solution for that car but Elite auto exhausted all possible options in trying to solve my problem. The price was beyond fair. Everyone here is super nice. I struggled to find a place to work on my Fiat until I called them. They were understanding and took extra time with my car. They understood that I have anxiety about driving and having issues with my vehicle. They are honest and don't trick you into thinking you need repairs done when you really don't, as a woman that means a lot since most mechanics treat women poorly. If you have a European or Asian vehicle you should consider taking it here.
I took my husband's SUV in to have it checked for a possible leak inside and they did a thorough job which they found nothing and also fixed a problem with the key fob with no charge. The staff are very helpful and courteous and accommodating. I believe will be taking my vehicle's here in the future rather than the dealership for annual service for I got a very good impression for a first time experience.
