What stood out most was his honesty—there was no attempt to upsell unnecessary work. He clearly explained the issue, recommended only what was needed, and focused on the best solution to resolve it. Although the work was originally scheduled several weeks out, a heavy rainstorm that weekend caused the roof to start leaking. I sent JT a video on Saturday morning, and despite a crew shortage, he quickly rearranged the schedule and had a technician out within a few days. I truly appreciated his responsiveness, accountability, and commitment to taking care of the problem as quickly as possible. The service was exceptional. Ricky helped me throughout the entire process with the insurance claim, I barely had to do anything. They replaced an entire roof with multiple levels in 7 hours and left everything completely cleaned and the roof looks great.
