Papa Micks Plumbing

Had them come to my home to repair a leaking toilet by installing a new toilet. They did the job everything seemed ok (outside of the fact they drug the old toilets water thru my whole house when taking the old toilet outside no bag used or anything just water everywhere which they did not clean up or apologize for) 1 week later it was leaking again. They agreed to come out and swap the wax rings out for a larger one which worked for a couple months then the third time they came out they tried to argue with me over having to pay for fixing THERE mistakes. Tried blaming the issue on the flange so I said "ok understandable have your guy show me where the flange is broke and ill pay you to replace it no problem." The worker looked it over said "no there's nothing wrong with it so im just gonna replace the wax ring again thats all I can do" so he did and it held for about 1 month then started leaking again so I called a different plumber who came out took 2 seconds to look at it and said "oh I found your problem" turns out he wasn't tightening the bolts down so the wax ring would come loose over time because there was no pressure holding it in place. I was also told this is a common way plumbers try to scam you out of money for unnecessary jobs and was surprised he didn't try to upsell me on the flange replacement. I would never use them again or allow them near anything in my home. Strait scam artist! In response to the reply by the owner the condition of the floor and flange were fine the floor is level and the flange is fine even his own employee looked at it several times on several visits and every time told me I don't see any issues. My new plumber found the untightened bolts and unscrewed them with his fingers as they were not even finger tight. Original he told me sorry and blamed his employee and promised to retrain them until I asked for a refund since the service was never performed correctly. Now its my fault and it must be the floor or something. Couldn't possibly be that this guy doesn't train his guys correctly or care if they mess your house up or how much you have to pay to fix the mistakes they cause. ALSO IF IT WAS FAULTY FLOORING OR A BAD FLANGE THEN WHY COULDN'T HIS EMPLOYEE FIND ANY ISSUES TO POINT OUT TO ME? nothing was ever said to me about flooring just said it may be a further problem to which I said ok show me the problem and ill have you fix it. Nothing was ever shown to.me no further issues were found by them or my new plumber. Its a flat out excuses to justify not returning the money they scammed me out of.
