I am currently sitting on a beach, thoroughly enjoying my vacation, thanks to Urgent Dental. The day before my 5:00am flight for vacation, I was in a ton of pain and knew I needed immediate help. Within a hour, I was in the chair having an emergency root canal. Dr. Boyd was kind, gentle, extremely capable and quick. The entire experience was top notch.... can't believe I'm saying that about a root canal... but I am!!!
Going to the dentist is incredibly difficult for me, so this entire situation was stressful from the start. After an unfortunate encounter with a popcorn kernel on the Fourth of July, I broke a tooth. My regular dentist (and almost every other office) was closed for the holiday. I was in so much pain that I could barely think, so I called Urgent Dental of Denver hoping they were open. From the moment I arrived, the staff was wonderful. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful as we worked through my insurance. I was in tears, overwhelmed, and admittedly a little irritable because of the pain, but she made me feel comfortable, cared for, and never once made me feel like a burden. The dental assistant/hygienist was just as compassionate. She checked on me throughout the appointment, offered me tissues while I cried through the pain, and was genuinely kind and reassuring. Dr. Boyd was friendly, professional, and informative. He took the time to explain my options clearly and, most importantly, got me out of pain. Given the circumstances, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team for treating me with such compassion and helping me through a really difficult day. Thank you.

I'm someone with a huge amount of dental anxiety, so when I was dealing with excruciating pain over the weekend, I was dreading seeing a different dentist and worried about being judged. But the team here and Dr. Boyd put me completely at ease. I let them know what was wrong and they showed true compassion and concern. I was entirely comfortable and trusting with them, and I'm doing so much better now thanks to their great emergency work. I highly recommend this place for any urgent dental needs. They were out of my network, but it didn't matter. They are worth every cent.
I experienced a painful and scary dental infection during a work conference. Urgent Dental of Denver, the doctor (Doctor Boyd) & the staff were able to get me in on short notice, displayed high quality of care and were able to ameliorate the acute issue I was experiencing, while giving me the understanding to take the issue back home for a specialist to more permanently start to address. I'm very happy I went and would recommend to anyone needing it.
Went to Urgent Dental of Denver on a last minute visit to where my tooth was really really hurting me! All the staff members were very courteous and was able to help me resolve my issue. It didn’t take long for them to gather all information that they needed. Dr. Boyd came and examined what was going on with me and immediately he knew how to fixed the problem! The procedure didn’t take long and it was very painless. Very professional, knowledgeable, kind hearted was what I felt through this experience. Thank y’all so much again, I feel a million times better. Anyone who reads this, I really really recommend visiting this clinic! You will not be disappointed!!!
