I can't say enough good things about Climatech. My air conditioner failed over the weekend, and they were at my home first thing Monday morning to diagnose the problem. The timing couldn't have been worse because I was scheduled for hernia surgery on Wednesday and knew I'd be recovering at home without air conditioning on a 96-degree day. When I explained my situation on Tuesday afternoon, the team went above and beyond. They rearranged their schedule and arrived at 8:00 a.m. on the morning of my surgery to install my new Lennox air conditioner. I was able to leave for the hospital knowing everything was in good hands, with my neighbors checking in while the technicians worked. The installation was flawless, the entire crew was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home, and the price was outstanding—significantly better than some of the other quotes I received. Climatech turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a seamless experience. Their customer service, flexibility, and commitment to doing the right thing truly set them apart. Great experience with ductless split ac installation. The initial quote was detailed and reasonably priced. Options were explained thoroughly. They were able to meet our needs in a way other companies could not (attic with slanted walls, internal walls). Shane and Al were awesome and very professional. They were respectful of our home and the installation did not create a mess at all. I highly recommend them.

I needed to install a high velocity system in my older home. Their sales person was very knowledgeable about the systems and provided me realistic feedback to set expectations. As this was an older home he set the expectations that there could be changes as we discovered things and modified in the course of the installation. He was VERY up-front with everything. Because I was doing construction the installation needed to be in phases over several months. Their scheduling folks and crews were very flexible and accommodating. They installed duct-work when I had lath/plaster removed for construction and left it unterminated until they could return to complete the install a few months later. They scheduled the SAME CREW back, who were familiar with the duct work and particulars of my install, to complete the installation. Throughout the install they worked back and forth with me and the manufacturer (Unico) to optimize the system for function space use in this older home. The Sales person made several trips here to assess, check and double-check all details during the process. They completed the final installation in record time. The system came on and functioned flawlessly. The installation is a combination of high velocity, doing the lower two floors, and an unobtrusive mini-split for the third floor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them because they were thorough, professional and delivered great results.
You guys are great! Luke and Bob showed up early and replaced our furnace and installed a new ac unit in a new location. They did it all in 2 days! The ac unit worked so good it snowed outside!
